Permission to blow the town up

	It seems that you now have to seek permission to set off fireworks in Bigastro.
	You have to give five days notice and let the town hall know just what fireworks you intend to set off.  As far as I know,  in England it is only on Guy Fawkes night and New Year that you have permission to have a firework display.
