When John and Jean Hatch lived on Avenida Europa, the Fiesta at Santa Cruz was a very popular event for Brits from our estate.

Hi Keith Jim Ryder I noticed you were represented by CSB, when I sold my house on the land registry deeds they listed 124K, although CSB represented me in the full capacity of POA I have made many enquiries on our estate from past and present tenants it may be in your interest to check your records, because it cost me 5K in capital gains tax, don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any further information, kind regards Jim Ryder
