In a roundabout way

You may have wondered, like we did, what is the work that is going on on the junction of the road to the village and the one to the reservoir. 

It seems that we are to have a roundabout there to control traffic. At the same time, they are building a wall to prevent landslides in the event of heavy rain like we had in 2019.

Hopefully, it will make turning up towards the estate at that corner safer especially when you meet a lorry on its way down. However,  looking at the diagram, there is still a pinch point at the start of the road up to Villas Andrea from the roundabout. The tall bushes make it impossible to see any traffic coming down the road.
