Basically the Town Hall is reinforcing the notion that owning a dog is a responsibility.
- They suggest that you register your ownership at the Town Hall
- They say you should keep your pet in a clean and hygienic condition
- Give it proper living conditions with enough space and freedom to be outside
- When you take your dog out - make sure that you clean up after it
