The paella maestros

If you want to know how to make a decent paella, these are the people to speak to. They were down at the Barrio de la Cruz yesterday cooking up quite a few of these classic Spanish dishes for the benefit of the people from the area.

Such is the quality of their paellas, that the number of people attending this event seems to grow each year. If it continues like this, they’ll be setting up tables further along at the crossroads between Calle Canada de Andrea and Avenida Europa.
