The happy couple, who were married in a service conducted in English, came out of the church to the accompaniment of a piper.
They were then taken in a horse drawn carriage back to the communal pool area where a buffet for 200 people had been prepared.
A Spanish lady down in the square described it as "guapisimo" which we took to mean "guapa" plus some.
