The main attraction at the Fiesta de la Cruz yesterday were the paellas expertly prepared by the chefs from the Barrio. Each one was slightly different so what you got depended where you were in the queue.
PS Just look who was jumping the queue again this year with his pan ready to collect a large ration of arroz – none other than the ex-mayor, José Joaquin Moya! That’s not a very socialist thing to do Mr Moya.
NB I'm not surprised that my friend Germán at the Ayuntamiento chose not to publish that photograph.
