By anybodies standards, last week was hot. When I could see the thermometer outside getting close to 40 I knew it was time to stay indoors with the air conditioning on. Pam did brave it out on a sunbed with a parasol to shade her and said that it was beautiful. I think she was in a small minority of people who enjoyed the burning heat.
This week,as you can see, is set to be cooler – a more bearable 30 – 32 degrees with even the chance of a spot of rain on Thursday. YOu notice also that it will be cooler at night which should make sleeping more comfortable for those without air conditioning.
