Spokesperson for the Partido Popular in Bigastro, Aurelio Murcia is requesting an extraordinary council meeting as soon as possible. At the meeting he wants to review the last four years since the last elections to ascertain whether the Socialists have fulfilled any of their promises. In particular he is interested to know what impact the new mayor, Raúl Valerio Medina has made on the town.
Murcia says that the eight or ten points raised will be familiar; local urbanism, deficiency of services, collection and payments on the part of the local administration and of course he wants to know the state of local finances.
Normally council meetings are held every two months, the next one would be scheduled for the end of March.
