The problems that we have with dog fouling obviously extend to other towns in the area.At Pilar de la Horadada, the council have set up a campaign to try and eradicate the problem and have come up with this poster which caught my eye.
Apparently, the council are providing free bags for people to use to clear up after their dogs.
I'm not sure it is the cost of the bags that stops people from clearing up the mess. I have to say, it is not a job I would want to do; maybe that is one reason we don't have a dog.
