The very popular Moors and Christians parade in Bigastro took place last night. The CABALLEROS DEL CID of Bigastro, the Bando Moro LOS CONTRABANDISTAS from Denia and the Fila Mora LOS NAZARIES from Denia took part and provided us with a great spectacle.

hi Keith,
just let you know, that the programa of Fiestas was wrong whe they write about Fila Mora de Denia, as you can see with your own pictures, the first one were from Elda, and the other one (the men with guns= contrabandistas), they're from Villena. My brother Jose Evaristo told me that. Besides the Moros from Denia couldn't be in Bigastro because they are celebrating the fiestas in Denia at the same time like Bigastro.
