Typical food

	Some time ago the Ayuntamiento compiled a book of recipes collated from local people (we still have that book somewhere). All of the recipes are for food typical of the town and have full instructions for preparation. Most of them date back at least one generation if not more. They are now updating that information and are asking people to pass on recipes for inclusion in a new book.
